Terms of
service.

• ·You are 18 years or older.
• ·You're an India resident.
• ·You can produce a valid government ID (PAN, Aadhaar, DL, or Passport).
• ·You can pay a monthly subscription via Razorpay.

We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

• ·An invitation, sent every Wednesday at 4:22 PM IST, to a curated group dinner or activity on the following weekend (Friday / Saturday / Sunday).
• ·Matching with five other members based on your personality fingerprint and neighborhood cluster.
• ·Venue selection, table booking, and conversation prompts.
• ·A dashboard at /me/<token> where you can manage your subscription, view past dinners, and cancel.

We are a curator + matchmaker. We are not a restaurant, a venue, or a hospitality provider. The food, drink, and service at any event are the responsibility of the host venue.

• ·₹1,999 per calendar month, billed at the start of each cycle. Covers up to 4 weekend events per cycle.
• ·First-cycle 30-day refund — if we do not seat you in your first 30 days, we refund in full.
• ·Cancel anytime — from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at end of current cycle. No partial refunds for the unused portion of a paid cycle.
• ·Your subscription auto-renews every month. You authorize a recurring mandate once at signup (via UPI AutoPay or card), and ₹1,999 is automatically debited at the start of each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no penalty, no retention call.
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active members.

By accepting an invitation you agree to:

• ·Show up on time. We hold the table for 15 minutes.
• ·Pay your own bill at the venue. Tip if you feel like it.
• ·Treat the other five members with basic respect. No harassment, slurs, or aggressive behaviour.
• ·No phones on the table. No recording. No screen-shotting WhatsApp invites to outsiders.
• ·No promoting your business, side hustle, or MLM at the table.
• ·No romantic / sexual advances. Members meet partners sometimes — but oddtables is not a dating product. Treat the table accordingly.
• ·If you can't make it, RSVP no by Thursday noon. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows lead to suspension.

We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund for:

• ·Three or more no-shows in a 90-day window.
• ·Any complaint from another member about harassment or aggression.
• ·Sharing your invitations or dashboard link with non-members.
• ·Using the platform to solicit, recruit, or sell.
• ·Providing false information at signup (fake ID, falsified age, etc.).

You may terminate your membership at any time by cancelling the subscription and emailing us to request data deletion. See /privacy.

oddtables curates introductions. It does not vouch for, supervise, or take responsibility for the conduct of any member at or after an event. Members participate at their own risk.

We do not warrant that any particular member, venue, or evening will meet your expectations. Our liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you have paid in subscription fees during the most recent 30 days.

Venue selection is based on our judgement of fit. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service, or facilities at any venue. Any food-safety, payment, or service issue at the venue is between you and the venue.

The oddtables name, wordmark, editorial design, and matching algorithm are the property of oddtables. You may not reproduce the design, copy our matching methodology, or use our brand without written permission.

Anything you write to us (feedback, post-dinner ratings, member quotes) may be quoted publicly — attributed only by first name and neighborhood — unless you ask us not to.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India. If you have a grievance, write to us first — we resolve almost everything by email.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active members via WhatsApp at least 14 days in advance. Continued membership after a change constitutes acceptance.
